Please note, we do an extensive background check, verify employment and length of employment, verify income, rental references, credit score, criminal background check, recent eviction check, verify the owner or manager of the property where you currently live in is indeed the correct person and many other things in our approval procedure.
1. Click the link below to fill out the Rental Application. Please make sure to fill out the application fully and with as much information as possible.
2. Once finished with the Rental Application, return to this page and pay the required application fee. The fee for the application is $50.00 per applicant.
Each occupant over the age of 18 years old must be on the application and pay the application fee. Also, if a co-signer is required, the co-signer (or co-signers) must also apply, submit paystubs/proof of income and pay the fee as well.
3. Within the application, there is a section to attach any required documents, please attach two (2) of your most recent paystubs.
This is required to verify income. If you do not have paystubs for any reason, please reach out to the agent that showed you the property to make other arrangements to prove income.
4. The cleaner and neater your application is as far as providing organized documents required then the quicker, we can make a decision.
If there is more than one application on a rental, then the first person to get us everything required has the best chance of getting approved first.
